Nights and Weekends Overlap Game Dev
I am thinking of doing an Overlap or have been trying and failing at it. I am glad I did not Quit My Day Job last year and try to join the games industry going ALL-IN with so many layoffs happening I am relived I did not do it. Instead I rather go all in on doing an overlap.

I heard about it on Sean Wes Podcast now defunct. One of it he talks about ot quitting your day job and focusing on your craft or passion hobby on Nights and Weekends.
YES is expensive to do all in suddenly when you have other responsibilities. But I believe there is a sustainable way to do it even if its a round about way.
Sean Wes / Sean McCabe is not around anymore online so these are the last few podcasts I could find on him, talking about the Overlap.

Documenting the Overlap?
This Blog post will be documenting from 2025 onwards what I read long ago from Sean Wes (Sean McCabe) the original guy who wrote the Overlap Not sure if he is still around.
I do feel that doing an overlap is more applicable for me at this season of life as I am trying to make a Game and Publish it on Steam. It is not easy as I get distracted sometimes trying out various Game Engines, marketing platforms like Substack.
Not so sure if I can pull it off.
